Artist Mr. Arijit Roy;
An artist who has peace of mind hidden in this noisy world. There is so much peace that he sees the world with his own eyes. without hearing & Saying anything, Draw the world on the canvas of his heart.
We introduce you to a great artist MR. ARIJIT ROY (The Silver Award Winner of International Mini Art Fair '2021' Presenting by Colour Wings Art Organization & Nabankur Kala Foundation). His role model is his beautiful behaviour with a beautiful smile face, hardworking, motivation and discipline too. He was born in Jalpaiguri but currently he is in kolkata. Presently, He is working with French Loaf as Asst manager Before he was worked with cafe coffee day as Cafe manager for 12yrs ... Apart from all this, he is an artist with his works and his creative thinking is worth the praise.
When I was 3 years old I would often see my older sister painting. Seeing him also inspired me and I also became interested in painting. But there were no art teachers to teach me then, so I used to pursue learning on my own.Due to my own efforts, I participated in the Children Competition happening in my local and won. Seeing my passion towards art, my parents felt that I could do very well in the field of art in the future. My parents believed in me that I would be successful in art and they got me admitted to a fineart teachers to learn fineart.But while learning art, I used to have difficulty understanding because of my disability. So my mother used to explain the step by step things the teacher told me.At the age of 7, I got enrolled in learning Chitrakol art and started participating in many competitions in Nehru Museum Victoria Memorial some bazaar splanet and other places in Kolkata and won alots of award as a winner. I won 2 times, 1st and 2nd award as silver model in Delhi for National art competition in 1998 & 2002. I joined Birla Academy of art by completing 10th class for learning Fine Art/ commercial art.But due to some family problems, I had to leave my studies in half in Birla Academy of Art Aand I got a job in a restaurant ( Cafe Coffee Day in kolkata ). From 2007 to 2015, I spent my time working as an employee in this restaurant. I receive the second award in East zone team at barista contast ,2014 in Bangalore and again selected as a candidate of national barista champion, Bangalore. But I was disqualified in semifinal .During this time in 2015, I got promoted as a Cafe Manager and worked with Cafe Coffee Day Restaurants till 2019.Due to my ability, I joined another restaurant in 2019 as an assistant manager in French Loaf ,Jotin Baghchi Road , Kolkata. A very good time was passing, but suddenly in 2020, I had to stay at home. Due to the pandemic situation of covid-19. I was feeling bored. But my artistic creativity encouraged me to re-paint and draw. And again after 8 years, I stepped into the field of art and first I created an artwork on the wall from oil pastel and uploaded it to Instagram. After this, did not stop and participated in many International National Art Exhibitions and was successful. I believe , my heart growing up with my art .. so continuing with artist and restaurants next I aim to my accessible art in international art exhibition/ competition....

1 . Diploma art in visual art for deaf & mute , 1st div and 74% in the year of 2005 in Swar Sangam.
2 . Received two time award @ 1st prize and 2nd prize both Siver model for India council for child walfare in the year of 1997 & 2001 in delhi.
3.award 2nd prize for Annual national art competition in 2007 as Very spical art india.
4. Received Editor's choice' in the world enuironment contest organization by Woman time .
5. Participation in Vocap art from Heart contest 2020.
6. Certificate of achievement , award of Gold from Creations in the year of 2020
7.Got a certificate of participation for W-LOC 2020 , World booked records United Kingdom by artwork.
8. Participation in Vision 2021 international exhibition of Art on 5th to 20th January 2021 , Postive Energy.
